**- Job Description: -**

**1. Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Research and identify new leads using various platforms and mediums.
- Create and maintain a list of potential leads and manage the lead conversion process.
- Prepare and share quotations with prospects and follow up effectively.

**2. Data Management & Organization**:

- Maintain organized records of leads, quotes, and client interactions.
- Categorize leads by country and territory for targeted outreach.
- Set reminders and track day-to-day tasks and activities for timely execution.

**3. Marketing & Communication**:

- Handle the company's LinkedIn account for export-related activities, including lead engagement and content updates.
- Create presentations and charts to track and communicate progress to stakeholders.

**4. Coordination with Teams**:

- Collaborate with the finance team for pricing strategies and payment terms.
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure timely processing and delivery of export consignments.

**5. Data & File Management**:

- Actively participate in data control, data entry, and file management to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**6. Pricing & Quotation Preparation**:

- Develop and maintain updated price lists.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes tailored to client needs.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional networking and business development.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in export documentation and coordination is a plus.

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
