Desired Qualification:

- Experience in plastic Moulding manufacturing industries
- 8 + 12 years experience in Injection moulding, Flat Sheet, Cast film processing
- Experience in multilayer sheet will be advantage
- Vacuum forming experience.

Essential Skills:

- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the manufacturing and distribution efficiency
- Should have hands on experience on Cast Film, Compounding.
- Should have hands on experience on Plastic parts injection moulding
- Ability to handle a large and tight volume with a dynamic planning schedule
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Knowledge of 5S, Operational Excellence and Health & Safety are an advantage.
- Having exposure, flat sheet, multi layer sheet.

**Salary**: ₹41,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
