We’re Hiring: Founding Recruiter – Staffing Folks (Indore)Location: Indore (Onsite)Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM ISTMarkets: India & USACompensation: ₹15,000 base salary + Uncapped Incentives (Up to ₹1,00,000 per placement)Staffing Folks is expanding, and we’re looking for a Founding Recruiter to join our core team in Indore. This role supports both India and U.S. hiring, offering global exposure and an opportunity to help build a high-performance staffing organization from the ground up.Responsibilities:• Handle full-cycle recruiting for India & U.S. (Direct Hire + Contract roles)• Source, screen, and submit top-quality candidates• Build and manage candidate relationships• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines• Own submissions, follow-ups, and interview coordination• Work directly with founders to develop processes & scale the teamRequirements:• 2–5 years of experience in U.S. staffing and/or Indian recruitment• Strong knowledge of IT and non-IT roles• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boolean, X-ray)• Excellent communication skills• Ability to work the 3 PM – 12 AM IST shift• Ownership mindset, accountability, and growth-driven attitudeWhy Join Us:• Be part of the founding team• Fast growth path into Lead/Manager roles• Uncapped Earnings – up to ₹1,00,000 per placement• High-trust environment with direct access to founders• Learning, recognition, and leadership opportunitiesCompensation Details:• Base Salary: ₹15,000/month• Incentives: Uncapped (₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per successful placement)How to Apply:Share your resume at or DM me.Subject Line: Founding Recruiter – Indore
