Supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules, quality standards, and customer demands.
- Coordinate the workflow and ensure proper allocation of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Ensure heat exchanger units are manufactured according to specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Monitor and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Perform inspections and tests to ensure finished products meet the required industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, etc.).
- Address and resolve any quality-related issues during production.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring that all team members are properly trained and comply with safety standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions if necessary.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Maintain production documentation and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure proper maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for troubleshooting and repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Assist in the calibration and setup of equipment for specific production runs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and industry regulations related to production processes.
- Work closely with the engineering, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Communicate production schedules and any potential delays to upper management.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that products meet both internal and external standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,059.27 - ₹53,000.00 per month
