**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the implementation of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly preventive maintenance and calibration of the

plant instruments.
- Monitoring about calibration of all process instruments as per ISO standards.
- Maintaining records for Safety permits during and after completion of work.
- Coordinating with Production/Stores department to ensure that scheduled maintenance activities are completed.
- Carrying out of break
- down maintenance and ensuring its completion with minimum downtime.
- Ensuring that all shifts instrumentation activities are carried out with all safety measures.
- Planning preventive/predictive maintenance of process instruments and ensuring its effective implementation to

ensure that all plant instruments are maintained in good working condition.
- Ensuring that all instrumentation records are properly kept as per ISO Standards.
- Assisting in Instrumentation project related works of unit
- I & II.
- Technical Knowledge sharing with technicians in aspects of Instrumentation Activities.
- Basic knowledge of PLC/SCADA/DCS will be desirable.
- Trouble shooting from any field instruments to marshalling panel is must.
- HART communicator knowledge is desirable.
