Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Store Supervisor with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) to oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient store performance, manage staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise store operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Manage stock levels and oversee replenishment of FMCG products.
• Train, schedule, and monitor store staff to maintain high productivity and service standards.
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, labelled, and organized.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability metrics; report to senior management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of stock.
• Assign tasks, guide, and monitor performance of store staff and helper.
• Handle Customer queries, complaints and ensure excellent service standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly reports and update the Store Manager on Performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in handling FMCG products within a retail or supermarket environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
