**Job Summary**:
The No. 4 operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the No. 4 line finishing machine in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines. They ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to production schedules.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Operate the No. 4 line finishing machine to process materials according to specifications, including adjusting settings such as speed, pressure, and feed rates as necessary.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, performing visual inspections and using measuring tools to ensure finished products meet required specifications and quality standards.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the No. 4 machine, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot issues with the machine, such as malfunctions or deviations from expected output, and take appropriate corrective actions to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating the machine, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following lockout/tagout procedures when performing maintenance tasks.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, production output, and any quality control checks performed, to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members, such as supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance technicians, to optimize production processes, address issues, and meet production goals.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing machine performance, productivity, and product quality, such as suggesting process improvements or participating in training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification may be preferred.
- Previous experience operating similar machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to machine operation and maintenance.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials or equipment as needed.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for operating controls and performing maintenance tasks.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
