CNC Hmc Operator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor Heller **FP4000 HMC** with **Sinumerik 840Dsl** control system.
- Perform setup and changeovers including fixture, tool, and program loading.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and CNC programs (G & M codes).
- Verify machine settings and tool offsets using measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, and CMM (if applicable).
- Load and unload components safely using overhead cranes or manipulators as required.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust cutting parameters for quality and efficiency.
- Conduct in-process inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Maintain tool life, change inserts, and report tool wear or machine issues.
- Coordinate with the programming and quality team for process improvements.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure cleanliness of the work area.
- Maintain production documentation, including job cards, inspection records, and shift reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience on Heller FP series HMCs or similar.
- Proficient in operating Sinumerik 840Dsl controller and basic CNC program modification.
- Good understanding of tooling, clamping systems, coolant usage, and cycle time optimization.
- Knowledge of cutting parameters for steel, cast iron, and aluminum.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, and basic safety protocols in machine shop.
- Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours if needed.

**Experience Required**: 3-5 Years (Preferred in Heller Machines or Sinumerik Control)

**Preferred**:

- Experience with multi-pallet systems or automation lines.
- Exposure to CAM software and machine diagnostics.
- Knowledge of operating of Heller Machines or Sinumerik Control

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
