**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and guidelines in all company operations.

2. Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all processes and operations, identifying potential hazards and proposing control measures.

3. Safety Training: Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, emphasizing safe work practices and procedures.

4. Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, or near misses, and prepare detailed incident reports with recommendations for prevention.

5. Emergency Response: Establish and maintain emergency response plans and procedures, conducting drills and simulations periodically.

6. Safety Inspections: Regularly inspect the workplace to identify unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices and take corrective actions.

7. Safety Documentation: Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation required by regulatory authorities.

8. Safety Audits: Conduct safety audits to assess compliance with safety policies and procedures.

9. Safety Communication: Promote a culture of safety through effective communication, safety posters, and safety campaigns.

10. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with local, state, and national safety regulations and ensure the company's compliance.

Qualifications:

- A Diploma in Industrial Safety is mandatory.
- Additional certifications or advanced degrees in safety management are a plus.
- Proven experience in industrial safety management, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and training skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
