Qc - Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
Drawing samples of RM and FG for testing.
Analysis of all raw materials, finished material, WIP and packaging material as per laboratory manual and timely reporting of the results and release of stock in SAP.
Issuing blending instructions of RM whenever required.
Issuing of inspection status label.
Upkeep of laboratory equipment including glassware
Calibration of laboratory equipment as per SOP.
Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions
Ensuring safe operations in the laboratory
Preservation and disposal of counter samples of RM.
Checking availability of lab chemicals and glassware.
Effective implementation of EMP and SMP.
Implementation of actions for achieving objectives.
Implementation of corrective and preventive action for quality, environment and safety issues.
