Sales Executive (Fresher)

**Position**: Sales **Representative** (Fresher)
**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Reports To**: Sales Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative (Fresher) to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products/services. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to develop a successful career in sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Knowledge: Learn about our products and services to effectively present and demonstrate them to prospects.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Sales Process Management: Assist in managing the sales pipeline, track leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Negotiation & Closing: Work with the sales team to negotiate terms and close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with prospects and customers, providing them with ongoing support and resolving any queries.
- Time-zone: IST 11am to 5pm and 9pm to 12am. (Need to cover 3 hours in US timezone)
- Client Visits: Client site visits for sales meetings if required
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to track progress against goals.

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (and CRM tools is a plus).
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.

**Education / Experience**:
