**Job Title**: Business Executive

**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a proactive Business Executive who can keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while coordinating with external partners and maintaining meticulous billing records. If you enjoy working with people, thrive on organised processes, and have a knack for multitasking, we’d love to meet you.

**What You’ll Do**

**Office Management**
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-supplied at all times. Liaise with housekeeping and facility vendors for timely services.

**Supplier & Customer Coordination**
- Follow up with suppliers/customers to clear payments, collect bills, and resolve invoice queries. Maintain a professional, cordial rapport to strengthen vendor relationships.

**Social Media Influencer Coordination**
- Communicate with influencers regarding deliverables, timelines, and payment status. Track influencer collaborations and maintain related documentation.

**Bill Management**
- Scan, file, and label all incoming bills digitally. Update and reconcile weekly/monthly expense spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets.

**Additional Tasks (Training Provided)**
- Assist with ad management, campaign optimisation, and basic analytics. Create or schedule Instagram posts; perform data-entry tasks as needed. Take on any other administrative duties that arise.
- **Education & Experience**: 2-5 years in office administration, accounts coordination, or similar roles.

**Language Skills**: Fluent, confident spoken English _and_ Hindi—especially over phone calls.
**Technical Proficiency**:

- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, filters, basic pivots).
- Comfortable with printing, doc scanning, digital filing and cloud storage tools (e.g., Google Drive).

**Education**:
Graduation is compulsory.

**Soft Skills**:

- Smart, personable communicator with strong follow-through.
- Highly organised, deadline-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- **Age**: 22 - 35 years.
- **Bonus**: Exposure to social media coordination, digital ads, or basic graphic tools.

**What We Offer**
