**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
As a Continental Commi Chef, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, contributing to the preparation and creation of high-quality Continental cuisine. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled individual to showcase their culinary expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.
**PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Continental dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen area.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and development.
- Ensure all food products are properly stored, rotated, and maintained at the appropriate temperature.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth operations during service hours.
- Monitor food supplies and inform the senior staff of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Follow proper sanitation practices and adhere to kitchen safety standards at all times.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff members.
**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience as a Continental Commi Chef or a similar role in a high-volume kitchen setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary certification or relevant education is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
