**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and well-organized **Integrated Marketing Executive** to lead content-driven marketing efforts across social media, our website, and collaborative studio engagements. This role requires a strong visual aesthetic, video creation skills (conceptualize, shoot and edit), and the ability to bring our brand voice to life consistently across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the social media content strategy, including Reels, stories, and static posts
- Regularly shoot and edit reels using a mobile camera - comfort with being hands-on is essential
- Create engaging visuals and copy that resonate with audience and product ethos
- Identify relevant User-Generated Content (UGC) collaborators
- Coordinate co-creation of content with influencers and stylists that reflect brand values
- Oversee and assist in content production at partner studios, ensuring brand consistency in visual language
- Shoot styled photos and behind-the-scenes content in-office (Experience with DSLR/SLR preferred)
- Work closely with the creative team to develop **styling setups** and photo stories
- Publish and update 2 website blogs per week
- Maintain homepage **banners and visuals** aligned with marketing events and product drops
- Ensure timely content refresh for seasonal campaigns, promotions, or launches

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience with reels editing, story creation, and mobile-based content shooting
- Strong visual eye for design, photography, and aesthetics - familiarity with photo/video editing tools
- Proficiency in written English (for blogs and captions)
- Ability to operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras for basic product/lifestyle photography (preferred)
- Experience coordinating with external collaborators/influencers
- A background in design, marketing, communication, or lifestyle branding is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
