Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be performance-driven, creative, and confident in executing lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Plan and execute Lead Generation, Traffic, and Engagement campaigns.

Create audience sets using custom audiences, interest targeting, and lookalikes.

Optimize campaigns for better CPL, CTR, and overall ad performance.

Monitor ad frequency, audience performance, and test new creatives regularly.

Google Ads

Manage Search, Display, and YouTube ad campaigns.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and negative keyword filtration.

Improve Quality Score, CTR, and reduce CPC while improving conversions.

Track performance using Google Analytics/GA4 and conversion tracking setups.

General Digital Marketing

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.

Coordinate with content/design teams for creatives and landing page updates.

Set up UTMs, tracking events, and optimize ad funnels for better lead quality.

Collaborate with admissions or sales teams to align campaign goals.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads (mandatory).

Strong understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and remarketing.

Knowledge of GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager.

Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Experience in the education industry is an advantage.
