**Job Type**: Full-Time | On-Site

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Creative Design & Branding
- Conceptualize and design visually appealing posters, banners, social media creatives, and print materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create marketing collaterals for campaigns, festivals, events, and academic promotions.
- Develop design layouts optimized for various platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website banners.

2. Video Production & Editing
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos, interviews, reels, and promotional films for digital campaigns.
- Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and sound during on-campus video shoots.
- Edit videos using professional tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro) to ensure cinematic quality and storytelling.
- Add motion graphics, captions, soundtracks, and transitions to enhance engagement.

3. Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to design content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube promotions, and institutional announcements.
- Coordinate with academic and admin departments for content collection and approval.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives aligned with campaign schedules and marketing goals.

4. Photography & Videography
- Capture and curate visual content from college events, student activities, cultural fests, and seminars.
- Maintain an organized archive of photos and video footage for future use.

5. Social Media & Content Integration
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align visuals with brand voice and ongoing campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital design trends, reel formats, and social media aesthetics to ensure content relevancy and appeal.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in camera handling (DSLR/Mirrorless) and basic lighting setup.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings for social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong visual sense.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Visual Communication, Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing design and video production (preferably in education or media).
- Familiarity with social media trends, ad creatives, and short-form video content.

Remuneration

Competitive salary based on experience and skillset.
