**Role**:
As a Customer Relation Management Executive, you will be reporting to the CR manager and assisting with various project processing and administrative duties. Which includes sales and client co-ordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting and retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand with clients.
- Collaborating with other departments ensuring all works well for every aspect of the business.
- Negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts. They need to be able to navigate pricing discussions, contract terms, and other aspects of the sales process.
- Assisting and supporting management.

**Required Competencies**:

- HSC/ Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Looking for 2-3 years of sales and customer service experience in (Events & Exhibition, Car showrooms, High ends consumer goods sales).
- Excellent communication skills as you must speak with clients, employees, and customers both English & Hindi.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Good knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Designation: CRM Executive

Location: Rajprabha Udyog Nagar, Golani Naka, Valiv, Vasai (East)

Terms: Full-time employment

**Salary**: 25,000-30,000 CTC

Timing: 9:30am - 7:00pm

Days of working: Monday
- Saturday

Preferred residence: Vasai, Nalasopara, Virar & Naigoan.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
