**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. As a fresher, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, responding to their queries, and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers about our products/services.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Identify and escalate customer complaints to the concerned teams.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
