**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the floor staff.
- Manage and train floor staff. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
- Oversee merchandising, shelve stocks, and Promotional Visual Display and placement.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Collaborate with other department managers to optimize store performance.
- Report to higher management on sales, staff performance, and other operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

**Other Details**:

- Qualification: Any graduate.
- Good command over, Kannada or Hindi and English
- Required basic working knowledge of computers Word & Excel.
- Experience: 1yr to 3yrs (Preferably Retail Industry), (Advantage if in Ceramics or Tiles)
- Working Days: 6 days/week. (Rotational week Off Between Mon-Thu)
- Age: Below 35 years.
- Designation: Retail Floor Manager/ Supervisor/ Floor In charge
- Salary: 22000/- to 30000, CTC.
- Timings: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm.
- Benefits: Holiday Pay, Earned Leaves, Sick Leaves, & PF.
