**Job Title: Floor Supervisor - Packing, Loading, Unloading, Dispatch, Cleaning (Online Furniture)**

As a Floor Supervisor specializing in Packing, Loading, Unloading, Dispatch, and Cleaning for Online Furniture, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the operational activities related to the storage, handling, and shipment of furniture products in an online retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient and organized processes for packing, loading, unloading, dispatching, and maintaining cleanliness within the facility. You will supervise a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**: Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates engaged in packing, loading, unloading, dispatching, and cleaning duties. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Packing and Inspection**: Oversee the packing process to ensure furniture products are securely packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment according to customer orders and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of packed items.
- **Loading and Unloading**: Coordinate the loading and unloading of furniture products onto and from delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling techniques, equipment utilization, and safety protocols are followed to prevent damage to products and ensure employee safety.
- **Dispatch Management**: Manage the dispatching process, including scheduling deliveries, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders to customers. Monitor delivery schedules and address any delays or issues that may arise.
- **Inventory Control**: Collaborate with inventory management teams to maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with purchasing and receiving departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock and efficient utilization of warehouse space.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Supervise cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse facility, including aisles, storage areas, and equipment. Implement cleaning schedules and procedures to uphold sanitation standards and create a safe working environment.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations, procedures, and best practices to minimize workplace hazards and promote a culture of safety awareness among warehouse personnel. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with OSHA and company guidelines.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and efficiency metrics to measure the performance of warehouse operations. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize processes and enhance overall performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
