We're Hiring — Floor Manager at Butthi Oota, Electronic City, Bangalore
Butthi Oota — a unique South & North Indian dine-in and tiffin concept — is looking for an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house operations at our Experience Center in Electronic City, Bangalore.
We're seeking someone who's passionate about hospitality, can deliver an exceptional guest experience, and is capable of building and managing their own team.
Role: Floor Manager
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Type: Full-Time | Lunch & Dinner Operations
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (₹3.6 – ₹4.2 lakhs per annum)
Experience: 1–3 years in restaurant or hospitality operations
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth guest service.
Manage, train, and motivate service staff to uphold Butthi Oota's service standards.
Handle guest relations, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and ambiance on the floor.
Manage table turnover, billing coordination, and guest experience during rush hours.
Recruit, train, and build your own team to support daily operations.
Requirements:
1–3 years of proven experience as a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or F&B Executive.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of South and North Indian cuisine is a plus.
A proactive, positive, and professional attitude toward work.
