**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Staff Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Schedule shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate important information and motivate staff.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on reviews.

**3. Operational Oversight**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.

**4. Financial Management**:

- Assist in managing the restaurant’s budget and financial performance.
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor sales and expenses to achieve financial targets.

**5. Quality Control**:

- Ensure that food and beverages meet quality standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain a high standard of food presentation and taste.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and order.

**6. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, payroll, and performance.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other metrics.
- Ensure all licenses and permits are up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and MS Office.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
