Codeblu, Eduonix’s corporate training division, offers a full range of corporate training solutions, including a SaaS-based LMS platform and custom online/offline training programs to drive business growth through skill enhancement.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the full sales process for Codeblu’s corporate training solutions, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Actively seek out and develop relationships with high-value corporate clients to understand their training needs.
- Present and demonstrate Codeblu’s LMS platform and training offerings in a persuasive and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Codeblu in the market.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate training or education technology.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
