**Greeting and guest services**: Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information on services, facilities, and local attractions, and promptly address any inquiries, requests, or complaints.
- **Check-in and check-out procedures**: Handle guest registration and check-in by verifying information, processing payments, and issuing room keys or access cards. Facilitate the check-out process, settle bills, and ensure a seamless departure.
- **Administrative tasks**: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries and perform general clerical duties like data entry and filing.
- **Cash handling and billing**: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions. For hotel positions, this includes managing cash floats and preparing bills for guests.
- **Coordination and support**: Work with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge, to ensure guest requests are met and operations run smoothly.
- **Maintaining the front desk area**: Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
- **Safety and security**: Follow all security procedures and protocols, including monitoring visitor logs and managing access to the building.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
