Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to relevant data.
- Input, update, and manage data in company systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Monitor and track important business metrics and provide periodic updates to management.
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports as required by other departments.
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external communication materials.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Ensure that office equipment is maintained and functioning efficiently, coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Liaise with different departments (such as HR, Sales, Finance) to ensure smooth information flow and support the operational functions.
- Provide assistance to front office staff and managers as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
