**Your mission**:
We aim to build the world's #1 platform for tech, data, and video editing for content creators. In this context, the Outsourcing Coordinator plays a critical role here at Jellysmack. They are in charge of facilitating and scaling up local operations abroad by finding the best freelance creative talent or agencies (editors, content and community management, IP and language specialists), welcoming them, ensuring that they understand our standards and practices, and setting them up for successful collaboration with us before introducing them to the Ops Manager in charge of onboarding. The Outsourcing Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for our partners and is an ambassador for Jellysmack and its values. We've got a rapidly growing family of creators, a unique post-production workflow, and very high standards. So, the outsourcing coordinator has to be ready to tackle new challenges every day
**What you’ll be responsible for**:
Sourcing:

- Take ownership of the sourcing efforts for all of the positions you will be accountable for.
- You will need to source in India.
- Rethink, challenge, and localize sourcing practices and processes on a regular basis.
- Develop advanced sourcing techniques to find the best creative freelance collaborators.

Onboarding:

- As part of our official certification process, you will train new editors for the first three weeks they work with us.
- You will make sure that new editors have everything they need to learn our unique post-production workflow and JellyStudio, our own platform.
- You will get feedback from editors and look at it to make changes and make the editor experience better.
- You will be in charge of identifying ways to ease our processes, guaranteeing scalability and quality across content, as well as localizing, when needed, processes and materials.
- You will improve our editor KPI metrics related to certification, quality, retention, and turnover rates.

**A little about you**:

- 6-8 years of experience sourcing or casting creative talent.
- Both highly organized and creative.
- You can gather data-driven insights and leverage them to "think out of the box."
- Adaptable and able to act quickly
- Video editing knowledge on Premiere Pro (a plus)
- Social Media black belt
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving (you are solutions-oriented and a doer).
- Passionate about people.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required; other regional languages are welcome.
