**Job Title: Field Collections Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain a portfolio of outstanding debts, prioritizing accounts based on risk and urgency
- Analyze customer financial data and credit reports to assess creditworthiness and potential risks
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize debt recovery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, payments, and account status
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and customer service teams, to resolve customer disputes and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, laws, and best practices related to debt collection.

**Requirements:

- **
- 1+ years of experience in debt collection, credit management, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in debt recovery and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with collections and recovery

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
