**Responsibilities**:
**Attend General Inquiries and Quotation**:

- Receive and attend to general inquiries or requisitions.
- Prepare and deliver quotations in a timely manner.

**Attend and Follow-up**:

- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with customers.

**Quotation Management**:

- Create and maintain quotations for the company's products.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all quotations.

**Order Booking**:

- Collect and record detailed order booking information from customers.

**Order in Hand Report**:

- Update and maintain the Order in Hand report.
- Circulate the report to other relevant departments.

**Purchase Order and Proforma Invoice**:

- Prepare purchase order formats and proforma invoices.
- Ensure all necessary details are included and accurate.

**Dispatch Instruction and Transportation**:

- Provide clear dispatch instructions for orders.
- Check transportation details and coordinate order acceptance.

**Follow-ups (In House)**:

- Conduct internal follow-ups to ensure seamless order processing.
- Collaborate with other departments for order fulfillment.

**Qualifications**:

- BE/BTech in relevant field
- Proven experience in a sales back-office or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software and tools.
