**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact to foster and strengthen client relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and share timely updates on projects.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Implement engagement initiatives to drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Generate and deliver performance reports on customer satisfaction and resolution metrics.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- High customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Timely response and resolution of customer issues.
- Accurate and up-to-date CRM data management.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any field.
- Proven experience in CRM, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
