- We are looking for a Business Risk and Control Lead (BRCL) to join our Global Product Solutions (GPS) team who is a highly organized go-getter, who is detail-oriented, able to lead cross-functional projects and manage and prioritize against timelines.

**What you need to know about the role:

- This role will partner and collaborate with the business and SLOD as well as partnering with other Business Risk and Control Leads, Risk & Compliance Product Engagement teams, Risk, Legal & Compliance Business Partners and stakeholders across Product, Policy, and other supporting teams to determine Key Risk Indicators and report out senior leaders and impacted stakeholders regularly.
- You will manage various risk identification, assessments, process mapping, Issues, regulatory change management as well as mitigation activities.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

- **Product Change Review**: Administer the product launch review process while effectively collaborating with Product and Policy stakeholders.
- ** Risk Assessment**: Perform and refresh risk assessment including risk identification, documentation, and control evaluation. Translate control deficiencies into mitigation plans and provides recommendations for enhancement. Identify critical areas to monitor and escalates issues and findings to appropriate stakeholders coming out of the process.
- ** I**ssues**Resolution**: Lead this process including identification of potential issues, determination if an item meets the definition of an issue, completing detail root cause analysis, quantify the impact assessment, proactive solution discovery for remediation and ensure timely closures/extensions/acceptances.
- ** Audit & Exam Management**: Respond to Internal and External Audit and Testing Engagements (e.g., Second Line of Defense reviews, and Regulatory Examinations)
- ** Management Reporting & Awareness**:Track progress and provide timely updates and escalate blockers and timeline concerns to management. Provide assertions on risk exposure and articulate and present escalated risks to management. Assist in advising senior management on the status of their risk environment related to risk identification and control weaknesses.
