Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with local zoning laws, regulations

**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Civil Surveyor to join our real estate team. As a Civil Surveyor, you will play a critical role in the development and management of real estate projects by conducting surveys, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to facilitate informed decision-making. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the successful execution of various real estate ventures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and existing structures.
- Utilize surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and levels to collect precise measurements and data.
- Prepare survey reports, maps, and documentation for real estate projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure surveying requirements are integrated into project plans.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surveying techniques, technologies, and regulations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards during surveying activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in surveying measurements and data analysis.
- Familiarity with local zoning laws, regulations, and land development processes.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
