- Total experience:

- 8 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, with proficiency in Total Station operations.
- Minimum experience:

- 5 years of relevant experience in land surveying.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and mapping.

**FULL TIME**

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct land surveys using Total Station equipment to accurately measure distances, angles, and elevations.
- Prepare and maintain survey reports, maps, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to determine survey requirements and objectives.
- Analyze survey data and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain survey equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveying staff as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
