Education: Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Total experience of 3-4 years and minimum experience of 2-3 years required

**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**

A land surveyor is a professional who is responsible for accurately measuring and mapping the land, including its natural and man-made features.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Conduct Land Surveys**: Use specialized surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones, to measure and map land features accurately.

**Establish Boundary Lines**: Determine and document the precise boundaries of properties using legal documents, previous survey data, and physical measurements.

**Create Maps and Plats**: Prepare detailed maps, plats, and reports based on survey data, including property lines, topography, and relevant features.

**Research Land Records**: Research public and private records to gather information about properties, including deeds, maps, and previous survey records.

**Collaborate with Professionals**: Coordinate with architects, engineers, developers, and government agencies to ensure that survey data aligns with project requirements and regulations.

**Verify Construction Layouts**: Assist construction teams by providing accurate measurements and markings to guide the placement of structures, roads, utilities, and other elements on the land.

**Ensure Compliance**: Ensure that surveying activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Obtain necessary permits and permissions for surveying projects.

**Maintain Surveying Equipment**: Calibrate, operate, and maintain surveying instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

**Quality Control**: Review survey data, maps, and reports to identify errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections to maintain data integrity.

**Client Communication**: Interact with clients to understand project requirements, explain survey findings, and address any concerns or questions.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or certification, as required by the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software, including total stations, GPS equipment, and CAD software.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and surveying standards.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
