**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Billing & Documentation**:

- Preparation, verification, and processing of **RA Bills**, **Subcontractor Bills**, and **Client Invoices**.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of bills as per contract terms.
- Maintain accurate records for billing and reconciliation.
- **Quantity Surveying**:

- Take off quantities from drawings, site measurements, and specifications.
- Prepare and validate **BOQs**, rate analysis, and cost estimations.
- Reconciliation of material and work done with actual site data.
- **Tendering & Contracts**:

- Assist in preparation and review of **tender documents** (technical & commercial).
- Understanding of contract clauses, terms, and bidding procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement and estimation teams.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and billing status updates.
- Support audits with required documentation and reports.
- **Communication**:

- Draft professional technical correspondence and project reports.
- Ensure all communications are well-documented and follow company standards.
- **Education**: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- **Experience**: 8-9 years in billing and quantity surveying for **Bridge/Highway/NH Projects**
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (e.g., ERP, CCS Candy)
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**
- Thorough knowledge of **tendering**, **billing cycles**, and **NH project norms**

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
