**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Monitor daily operations and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for the operations team.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Implement and manage quality control measures to ensure high standards are maintained.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
- Assess operational performance and develop strategies to meet short-term and long-term business goals.
- **Budget Management**:

- Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used efficiently.
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and report findings to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in operations management are a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position, with a strong track record of process improvement and team leadership.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
