**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated **Customer Operations Executive** to manage customer interactions, address inquiries, and assist in the smooth enrollment process for our courses. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer experience while supporting sales and operational functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, explaining course details and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and support) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post-enrollment support.
- Assist in resolving complaints and providing prompt solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback and provide insights to improve services and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first approach.
