**Job Title**: Operations Executive - CCTV / Security Surveillance
**Location**: Sector - 64, Noida

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 1-3 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor field operations for CCTV installations, maintenance, and service calls.
- Schedule and manage technicians, ensuring proper resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
- Track project progress and report delays, issues, or changes to the operations manager.
- Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and management to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Maintain records of work orders, service reports, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in procurement, inventory management, and logistics of CCTV equipment and materials.
- Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) operations including renewal tracking and service follow-ups.
- Assist in quality control by reviewing installation reports and performing spot checks as needed.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and suggest process improvements.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate or Diploma holder (preferably in Electronics, IT, or Business Administration).
- 1-3 years of operational experience in the CCTV, security, or ELV (Extra Low Voltage) industry.
- Understanding of CCTV systems, access control, alarms, and other security solutions.
- Ability to read basic technical layouts or BOQs is a plus.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when needed.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of IP networking

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
