**Role: Operation Executive**

**Notice Period: Immediate/15 Days**

**Selection Process: 1 Round of Interview(F2F Interview)**

**Position Overview**:As Operations Executive at Our Organization located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and performance of our business partners. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement and deliver effective training programs to improve the quality of service.
- Utilize various job boards, networks, and social media platforms to advertise open positions.

**Coordination**:

- Schedule interviews between Astrologers and Operation managers.
- Ensure timely communication with Astrologers, providing feedback and status updates.

**Onboarding Assistance**:

- Assist in the preparation of offer letters and other documentation.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

**Relationship Management**:

- Foster relationships with past applicants for potential future opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external Institutes, colleges, and other potential sources of astrologers.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.40 - ₹20,000.65 per month
