**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle public queries related to the Bihar Government project with accuracy and empathy.
- Collaborate with the team in organizing and executing **awareness and campaign programs** in colleges, institutions, and universities.
- Maintain records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
- Assist in resolving complaints or technical concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- A professional, empathetic, and positive approach to customer handling.
- Strong team collaboration and organizational skills.
