We are currently hiring for a **government project for the Bihar Government,**where you will play a key role in resolving public queries and ensuring a smooth user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a meaningful initiative while building your career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle and resolve queries related to the Bihar Government project, ensuring accurate and timely support.
- Assist customers in booking sessions, selecting astrologers, and navigating our platform.
- Troubleshoot complaints or technical issues with a helpful and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and keep clients informed about updates, promotions, and services.
- Coordinate with astrologers and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive or personal topics with discretion.
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
