**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer support through **Chat**, **Voice**, or **Non-Voice** communication channels.

- Communicate clearly and professionally in **English** with customers.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
**Requirements**:
- **Good Communication Skills** in **English** (verbal and written).
- Open to **Freshers**, **Undergraduates**, and **Graduates**.
- **Experience** in customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously and efficiently.
