**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**
**Location**: Noida, Sector 63 (On-site)
**Company**: Viable Outsource Solution
**Shift**:Night shift (9pm-6am)
**Language**: Punjabi/ Hindi / English
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**:Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- **BPO and LPO Knowledge**: Provide insights on BPO/LPO services and ensure client needs are met.
- **Sound Knowledge**: Sound knowledge in Customer support and client handling preferred.
- **Issue Resolution**:Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely problem resolution.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor service delivery quality and gather client feedback for improvement.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 0-1 years in customer support (BPO/LPO/sales experience preferred).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and client handling abilities.
- **Attributes**: Confident, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
