We are seeking a talented and creative Figma Designer to join our team. As a Figma Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating concepts into user-friendly designs using the Figma platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and intuitive digital experiences that meet the needs of our users.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and design best practices.
- Maintain and update design libraries and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall design vision and strategy of the company.

**Desired Skills**
- Proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma design work.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Knowledge of Reactjs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,136.84 - ₹25,720.32 per month
