**UX Designer (Product Design) - Mid-Level**

We are looking for a talented **UX Designer** to join our team and play a key role in designing impactful digital products. If you are passionate about user experience and have a knack for solving complex design challenges, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- **User Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze user needs, behaviors, and feedback to inform design decisions.
- **Product Design**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- **Interaction Design**:

- Define and design user flows, navigation patterns, and interactions to ensure a seamless user experience.
- **Usability Testing**:

- Plan, execute, and iterate designs based on usability testing and stakeholder feedback.
- **Design System Maintenance**:

- Contribute to and maintain the company’s design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of experience in UX design, specifically in product design.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative design environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in designing for SaaS or complex digital products.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello for project management.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Figma: 1 year (preferred)
- Canva: 1 year (preferred)
- UI design: 1 year (preferred)
- Responsive web design: 1 year (preferred)
