### Job Title: UX Designer

*Job Summary:
*Key Responsibilities:

- *User Research: Conduct user research through methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- *Persona Development: Create detailed user personas based on research findings to ensure designs meet the needs of target users.
- *Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
- *User Flow & Journey Mapping: Design and visualize user journeys, interaction flows, and information architecture to create seamless navigation and intuitive user experiences.
- *Usability Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- *Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and smooth implementation.
- *Responsive Design: Design user interfaces that work across various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a cohesive and adaptive experience.
- *Design Systems: Help create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and components.
- *Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, making digital products usable for all users, including those with disabilities.
- *Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the user experience.

*Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, wireframes, prototypes, and user-centered designs.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- User satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Completion rates of design deliverables.
- Reduction in user friction (e.g., fewer support tickets or errors).
- Success of usability testing and design validation.
- Alignment with business objectives and user goals.

*Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of mobile and web-based design constraints and best practices.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per year
