**UI/UX Design**:

- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed UI design specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Marketing) to ensure design consistency and functionality.
- Design with a mobile-first approach while ensuring responsiveness across all devices.
- **Usability Testing**:

- Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Implement design changes based on user testing and stakeholder feedback.
- **Branding & Visual Identity**:

- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of Aidify’s products.
- Ensure all designs are in line with the company’s branding guidelines and product vision.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate design concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- **Innovation & Trends**:

- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously explore new design approaches to improve the user experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- **Education**:

- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
- **Other Qualities**:

- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
