**Chandorkar Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd** is seeking a motivated and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Abu Dhabi for a 3-year contract. This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility to choose between on-site and off-site work, allowing you to contribute to innovative user experience design projects while tailoring your work location to your preferences.

**About the Role**:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a vital role in the design process, collaborating with the UI/UX team and stakeholders to create user-centered interfaces for our client's digital products. You will leverage your design skills and eagerness to learn to contribute to various stages of the design cycle, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Senior UI/UX Designer and other team members to translate user stories, sitemaps, and wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Design user interfaces (UIs) that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with the brand identity.
- Conduct user research activities (such as usability testing) to gather user feedback and inform design decisions (mention if relevant to the client's needs).
- Develop and maintain basic design elements and UI components following established design systems and style guides.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
- Present design concepts and solutions clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field with a growing interest in user experience (UX) design.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- A basic understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic, a passion for design, and a willingness to learn.
