**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback to inform and iterate on design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and documentation to ensure consistency across our SaaS products.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide support during the development lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
- 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
