Are you a creative individual with or without prior work experience looking to kickstart your career in User Experience (UX) design? UXAcad is seeking a passionate UX Design Intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in crafting exceptional digital experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the UX design team to understand project objectives and user requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights for design decisions.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize design concepts.
- Contribute to the development of user personas and user journey maps to inform design strategies.
- Support the implementation of user interface (UI) designs, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve design iterations.
- Stay updated with the latest UX design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Assist in analyzing user feedback and data to optimize and enhance user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to bring designs to life.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow as a UX designer.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of UX design principles, usability, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative and innovative mindset, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Prior experience with UX design projects, either through coursework, personal projects, or internships, is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing design work and projects is highly encouraged.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
