Job Summary : We are looking for a highly experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of successful design projects across web and mobile platforms.The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in designing engaging, user-friendly interfaces for digital products and services.You will be responsible for delivering intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences that align with business goals and user Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for complex web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise portals.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.- Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and JavaScript.- Build design mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.- Apply user-centered design principles and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions.- Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and interaction across different platforms and devices.- Stay updated on the latest design trends, UI technologies, and best practices.- Work independently on projects as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail and design Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or a related field.- Minimum of 7 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products and services.- Proven track record of independently handling at least five large-scale design projects involving websites, portals, or mobile applications.- Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across web and mobile platforms.- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop.- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and JavaScript for design implementation.- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines (ref:hirist.tech)
